Can I choose a delivery date/hour ?

Where does Zilli deliver ?

Zilli ships worldwide, catering to customers across multiple countries. We have an extensive international shipping network that allows us to deliver our products to various destinations around the globe. At the moment we have two exceptions to our worldwide shipping. Currently, we do not ship to China and Russia due to certain logistical and operational constraints. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to expand our shipping capabilities to these countries in the future.

When will I receive my order ?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, our estimated delivery time is within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the shipping destination, customs clearance outside the EU and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the shipping process. The delivery time is calculated in business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays. It begins from the day your order is processed and shipped.

What happens if the carrier does not find anyone at the indicated delivery address ?

If the carrier is unable to find anyone at the indicated delivery address, they will typically leave a delivery notification. This notification will provide instructions on how to proceed with the delivery. Usually your delivery will be rescheduled, which means that the carrier will provide options to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time. Instructions on how to arrange a new delivery date or time will be mentioned in the notification. Please note that only three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to the sender.

Will I be charged for any custom fees ?

All our shipments are duty unpaid, which means that all clients living outside the European Union will have to assume the payment of local tax and duties during import process. Nevertheless, please note that the payment for clients living outside European Union is excluding French local tax.

Which carrier will deliver my order ?

For all shipments, we collaborate with DHL, a globally recognized courier service known for its reliability and timely deliveries. All our parcels will be delivered against signature to avoid any security issues.

Can I receive my order in multiple packages ?

You may receive your order in multiple packages in the following situations. All our perfumes are shipped in separate packages due to regulations regarding hazardous materials. If you place an order for both custom products and items available in stock, the custom product will be shipped separately, adhering to the announced production timelines.
