YOUR MISSIONS

 

As part of the three-person Finished Products team you will be in charge of a supplier portfolio.

 

Your main missions:

Responsible for the management and administrative follow-up of a finished products portfolio

-       Prepare, record references and prices of new articles 

-       Input, check and send orders to suppliers

Responsible for scheduling and tracking orders

-       Manage supplier delivery schedules 

-       Ensure delivery times are met 

Follow up supplier relations 

-       Follow up disputes in terms of price, quantity, quality, deadlines

-       Take part in invoicing and payment of suppliers

 

Related missions:

-       Help to manage the After-Sales Service 

-       Perform logistics tracking: incoming and outgoing stock, delivery organisation, communication with the external logistics platform 

-       Update sourcing and procurement dashboards

-       Suggest areas of improvement for sourcing and procurement processes

 

This position offers the opportunity to evolve towards missions dedicated to the procurement of finished products:

-       Analysing the need for finished products 

-       Negotiating purchasing terms and conditions 

-       Monitoring contract performance, managing disputes and non-compliance with contract clauses

-       Carrying out supplier assessments according to defined criteria

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

-       Higher education (Bac+2 (BTS, DUT) to Bac+5) qualification in buying, procurement, logistics and/or business  

-       A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

 

SKILLS

 

-       Knowledge of supply chain and procurement

-       IT skills (Office Suite, ERP…) 

-       Fluent working Italian

-       Intermediate business English

-       Team player

-       Ability to work to deadline

-       Discipline

-       Organisation and priority management

-       Excellent interpersonal skills and a good listener 

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

 

Permanent full-time position based in Dardilly (west of Lyon)

35-hour working week
