YOUR MISSIONS
Reporting to the Financial and Administrative Director, you will be responsible for everyday accounting procedures in accordance with applicable law and accounting standards. You will ensure the correct accounting of the various flows up to preparing the account closings.
Your main missions:
- Input, record and track accounting transactions
- Perform fixed-asset management
- Manage supplier accounts: creating suppliers, monitoring invoices and payments
- Take part in accounting audits
- Prepare tax returns
- Take part in producing tax reports
- Prepare and analyse financial statements: monthly account closing, budget analysis
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualification Bac +2/3 (BTS, DCG) in accounting and management
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A good command of accounting standards
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Familiar with accounting software and ERP (DIVALTO, SAP)
- A problem solver with the ability to summarise
- Discipline, organisation and prioritisation
- Discretion
- Ability to work to deadline
- An intermediate level of business English
