Maison ZILLI plays close attention to gender equality in the workplace at every level: recruitment, skill development, pay, access to Management positions.
In March 2024, Maison ZILLI publishes the 2023 gender equality index, in application of article L.1142-8 of the Labour Code.
This index, out of 100 points, is used to calculate the pay gap between men and women in the same company. It is calculated yearly and includes the following four indicators (the score is given in brackets) :
- The pay gap between men and women (cannot be calculated because the number of employees that could be taken into account in calculating this indicator is less than 40% of the total number of employees)
- The difference in the distribution of individual pay increases (0/35)
- The number of employees receiving a salary increase upon return from maternity leave (0/15)
- Parity among the 10 highest earners (10/10)
The 2023 global index cannot be calculated because the maximum number of points that could be obtained is less than 75.
